Directions:

Thoroughly clean and dry your forehead before use. Peel the pad off the plastic backing slowly and press firmly onto the forehead area. Use the strap provided to ensure that the pad stays in place.
For best results, wear the pad for 2-12 consecutive hours. Use every day (or night) for up to 30 days. Varies per person.
To clean the pad, rinse quickly with water as needed and air dry with the adhesive side up. Do not blot.
