If you reject your offer or if your package does not qualify, your items can be returned for the cost of return shipping. Non-qualifying items from accepted packages cannot be returned and will be donated, recycled, or properly disposed of.

All of our items are either brand new or upcycled, but are double-checked for its condition and damage. We specifically look for noticeable scratches, dents or cracks in the bottles or containers.
