Do you guarantee brand authenticity?
We guarantee the authenticity of every product sold on YouFromMe. Each item is carefully verified through a trusted UPC code check, brand database match, and visual inspection to confirm packaging accuracy and legitimacy. Only products that meet our strict authentication standards are approved for resale on our platform.
What does YFM consider when inspecting selling products?
Our team evaluates each item based on several factors, including brand, retail value, condition, fill level, and current market demand. For full details on what we look for, visit our Product Requirements page.
How long will my products stay live on the website?
Products remain listed on our site for 120 days. If an item hasn’t sold by then, we’ll review its status, adjusting pricing as needed and notifying you by email. Any products that expire during this period are automatically recycled, and you’ll receive a confirmation notice.

How long will it take me to get paid once my product sells?
Once your product sells, payment is issued within 5-7 business hours via Stripe or Paypal.
Is seller information kept confidential?
Yes. We keep all seller information 100% confidential.
What types of items does YouFromMe accept from sellers?

How should I package my items for shipping to YouFromMe?
A few things to keep in mind before shipping your box:
- Your prepaid shipping label is valid for one medium box (8 x 8 x 8 in or smaller) and expires after 30 days.
- Do not tape individual products closed, our team will need to inspect each item.
- Whenever possible, reuse boxes or packing materials like newspaper or bubble wrap.
- Pack items securely and snugly to prevent leaks or breakage in transit.
- Important: We cannot resell products damaged during shipping. Boxes that arrive with damaged items may be re-queued for evaluation, and we reserve the right to decline those products for resale.

How many selling items do you have of each brand?
Most of the time there is usually 1-2 items in stock per brand, but sometimes you can see up to 3 or 4.
Is it safe to purchase beauty products from your marketplace?
Every product on YouFromMe is verified for authenticity and safety through our rigorous quality control process, guaranteed 100% safe for you to use.
What happens to items that don't get accepted?
If a product doesn’t meet our resale standards or your package isn’t eligible, the items will be responsibly donated or recycled through our partner programs
What condition are the products in that are for sale on your website?
All products sold on YouFromMe are brand new, like new, barely used, or gently used—with over 75% of items being completely unused. Each product is carefully inspected for expiration dates, packaging integrity, and any visible flaws such as scratches, dents, or cracks.

Do you accept refund or exchanges?
We can only issue replacements or refunds if the issue originates on YouFromMe’s end. Simply email us at hello@youfromme.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it right away.
