We guarantee the authenticity of all products listed on our site. We run each product through a UPC code checker.

Our team considers several factors these include, but are not limited to, brand, retail price, condition, fill level and current market demand. To learn more about our criteria, please visit the Product Requirements page.

All products are listed on our website for 120 days. After this time period if a product has not sold or expired, prices will be adjusted and you will receive an updated email. If a product has expired within that time period, it will automatically be recycled and you will receive a notice.

Once your product sells, payment is issued within 24 - 48 business hours via Venmo or Paypal. You also have the option to donate your payout to one of the charities listed on our website. For payout information, please refer to the Accepted Listing email sent to you.

Yes. We keep all seller information 100% confidential.

We accept a wide range of skin-care products and unused make-up products. To see the full list of products that are accepted and not accepted, please visit the Product Requirements page.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

- The prepaid shipping label will be for a standard medium size box (Dimensions 8 x 8 x 8 in or smaller). Please note shipping labels expire after 30 days.
- Do not tape the product itself closed, for we need to inspect it anyway.
- If possible, use recycled boxes, newspaper or shipping material when packing your box.
- Make sure all products are packed snug to ensure no breakage or spillage.
- PLEASE NOTE: We will not resell products damaged during shipment. If not packed properly and a product gets damaged, your package will be sent back to the queue during evaluation and we reserve the right to decline to sell.

Most of the time there is usually 1-2 items in stock per brand, but sometimes you can see up to 3 or 4.

YouFromMe's restoration and sanitation process guarantees each item is authentic and is 100% safe for you to use.

If we reject a product or if your package does not qualify, your products can be returned for a flat shipping fee if you choose not to donate or recycle them through our programs.

All products are either brand new, like new, barely used, or frequently used. In fact, 60% of our seller's products are brand new and unused! We specifically look for expiration dates, noticeable scratches, dents or cracks in the bottles or containers. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of any item you receive, please send an email to hello@youfromme.com and we'll get the problem straightened out right away!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund within 10 days of purchase if unopened and in its original condition. Just send an email with your order number to hello@youfromme.com and we'll send you a shipping label right away.
