Each item will be sent directly from YouFromMe where perform a complete quality control according to our YFM restoration process identified on the site. Then we handle and repackage all selling products into our packaging. 

Within the United States:

Less Than $50 - First Class - Shipping Cost Varies Depending On Weight - Estimated Arrival 3-7 Business Days

Over $50 - First Class - Free Shipping - Estimated Arrival 3-7 Business Days

​Holiday Shipping:

For any order made which would require delivery on, or around any United States federal holiday, normal shipping times will be increased to 7-14 business days. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Restricted Items:

The U.S. Department of Transportation requires certain types of items, such as aerosols and some alcohol-based items, to ship only via ground transportation.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship these types of items overseas to Hawaii or Alaska.

Undelivered or Refused Shipments:

The cost of shipping cannot be refunded for any undelivered or refused domestic shipments.  To avoid an undelivered or returned package, please double-check to make sure the indicated address is correct. If your order is not delivered due to an incorrect address or insufficient information that is provided to you, YouFromMe will only refund your purchase price. 

**YouFromMe does not offer insurance for domestic orders. Any lost package with accurate tracking and shipping information is not eligible for a refund. Contact your local post office to claim a lost package.**

Shipping Labels:

YouFromMe only covers the cost of pre-paid shipping labels within the United States. We do not cover the costs from Canada to the United States but you're more than welcome to still sell, donate, and recycle at the cost of shipping.

Selling Packages: All non-qualifying/rejected sell packages can be returned for the Cost of Shipping + Handling Fee. Non-qualifying/rejected items from accepted packages cannot be returned and will be donated, recycled, disposed of, or used for promotional purposes.

Customer Purchases: YouFromMe does not offer refunds on products purchased from our website unless a product is damaged or incorrect on YouFromMe's side.
