Items Shipped from YouFromMe
All products sold on YouFromMe are shipped directly from our facility. Each item undergoes a comprehensive quality control inspection in accordance with our YFM Restoration Process (outlined on our website). After inspection, all eligible items are handled, sanitized, and repackaged into YouFromMe-branded packaging before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders under $50: Shipped via USPS First Class. Shipping cost varies by weight. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.

Orders $50 and over: Free USPS First Class shipping. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.
Holiday Shipping: Orders placed on or around U.S. federal holidays may require additional processing time. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery during these periods.
Restricted Items
Per U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, certain products (such as aerosols and alcohol-based items) can only be shipped via ground transportation. These products cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.
Undelivered or Refused Shipments

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered or refused shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid, complete shipping address.

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, YouFromMe will refund the purchase price only, not the shipping cost.
Lost Packages
YouFromMe does not provide insurance on domestic orders. Once a package has been shipped with valid tracking and shipping information, it is not eligible for refund if lost in transit. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
Shipping Labels

United States: YouFromMe covers the cost of pre-paid return shipping labels for sellers within the U.S.

International (Canada): Sellers are welcome to participate from Canada but are responsible for covering their own shipping costs to our U.S. facility.
Return Policy
Selling Packages (Resale Submissions):
By sending products to YouFromMe for resale, you acknowledge and agree that all submitted items become the property of YouFromMe and will not be returned under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, products deemed eligible for resale, donation, recycling, or disposal. Once received and processed, you waive any rights of ownership or claims for return. Please review our product requirements carefully before sending items, as all submissions are final.
Customer Purchases:
All sales are final. YouFromMe does not offer refunds or returns on products purchased through our website, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on YouFromMe’s part.
