Directions:
Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil doesn't automatically retract, and too much exposure to air can dry it out.) Line eyes. Use smudging tool on opposite end to get desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely to protect from drying out.
