Our innovative water-based shadow formula features intense pigmentation with a whipped texture and cooling feel. It has a uniformly shimmery finish that creates a wash of spirited, sparkling color. Souffle can be layered for a higher-intensity look or worn on top of our Artistique Eyeshadow to add a glimmering effect.

Directions:

Use a fingertip to tap on then smooth out the bouncy shadow. Allow the formula to dry before tapping on additional layers.
