This bouncy, buildable formula has a putty-like texture that blends like cream and blurs like powder. It gives cheeks an airy, cloud-like flush with a smooth, weightless matte finish that won’t settle, emphasize texture, or dry out your skin. It’s water-, sweat-, and humidity-resistant and won’t transfer or smudge.

Directions:
