This easy-to-use gel eyeliner glides on smoothly for easy application and doesn’t dry down rapidly, allowing playtime to smoke out the liner. Along with being long-wearing and waterproof, this eyeliner is transfer resistant and non-flaking.

Ingredients:

Dimethicone, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Acrylates/Stearyl Acrylate/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer, Polyethylene, Ozokerite, Nylon-12, Polyisobutene, Isobutyl Stearate, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Black 2 (CI 77266).

Directions:

-Start at the inner corner of the eye, placing eyeliner pencil as close as possible to the lash line.
-Glide across lash line for a precise line, or smudge for a smokier look.
-For a tight line: Bridge the gap between skin and lashes by "tight lining" the upper lash line. Look down into a mirror and place liner on the waterline, gliding across from the inner to outer corner, blending the creamy eyeliner between the lashes.*
