This formula deposits a low level of pigment while combing through and lifting brows to create a full, feathery look. Its clean, nourishing formula builds visible brow volume while the micro-brush keeps hairs in place. If you have sparse brows, fill in with your favorite brow pencil first.

Directions:
-Choose the clear shade to nourish and groom brows without adding color.
-Use the tinted shades to create feathered and more defined brows.
-Apply throughout your brows in an upward motion following hair growth.
-For a deeper, fuller look, apply multiple coats.
-If your brows need more filling in or you like a super-precise shape, start with a pencil and then apply Brow Butter Styling and Volumizing Eyebrow Gel with soft strokes on top.
