This smudge-proof eyebrow pencil has a wide, angled tip that instantly fills and shapes brows with a few quick swipes without budging or fading. The cream-to-powder formula has conditioning ingredients that keep brows soft and the built-in spoolie easily blends color for a natural, matte finish.

Ingredients:

Dimethicone, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Synthetic Wax, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Dicalcium Phosphate, Mica, Caprylyl Methicone, Octyldodecanol, Polyethylene, Stearoxymethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax/Cire de Carnauba, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax/Cire de Candelilla, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Propylene Carbonate, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Manganese Violet (CI 77742).

Directions:

-Lightly swipe the angled tip onto brows, building to your desired look. (A little goes a long way.)
-Use the built-in spoolie to diffuse color and brush brows into place.
