Ingredients:

Aqua/Water/Eau, Alcohol Denat., Propylene Glycol, Menthol, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Methylparaben, Camphor, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Betula Alba (Birch) Bark Extract, Alcohol, Propylparaben, Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Blue 1 (CI 42090).

Directions:

Apply after a shower or bath.

Warm a small amount into the palms and gently massage over problem areas with circular motions.

For scalp and head tension, place a pea-sized amount on the fingertips and gently massage into the temples and across the forehead.
