True Velvet Lip Colour

Ingredients:

Refer to packaging.

Directions:

1. Start by applying Enhance and Define Lip Pencil in the shade that matches your True Velvet Lip Colour. There’s a lip liner counterpart for every colour!
2. Apply True Velvet Lip Colour straight from the bullet or use a lip brush. Lisa’s No. 20 Lip Brush is perfect. Lisa recommends “a one-swipe graphic lip statement or pat on gently for a subtle, painterly lip stain”.
3. Take your time to press it into the lips. Build up in thin layers as desired.
4. Finish by redefining the lip line with your lip pencil to sculpt, emphasise and enhance your natural shape.
