This silky, lightweight mattifying primer features an oil-free formula and complements all skin tones, helping makeup stay put. It be applied under or over makeup to blur flaws, fight shine and create a smooth base. The primer is formulated with a vitamin E derivative, which is known to protect skin from free radicals.
