Shiny Objects Wet Glisten Highlighter Powder

Directions: 

-Wear it everywhere.
-Sweep or dab with a brush or finger wherever you want to glisten: the cheeks, eyelids, inner corners of eyes, brow bone, nose, even collarbones and shoulders.
-Use it at any step in your makeup routine. It layers effortlessly and plays well with creams, liquids, and powders.
-Use your fingers. Press finger firmly into the powder, then onto skin for high sheen and payoff.
-Use a brush. For a soft diffused glow, use the Kosas Face Detailer (sold separately) or any dense brush. Sponges are not recommended.
