Pre foundation the Premiere Loose Powder can be buffed into clean skin as an oil control primer, perfect combo for oil areas on your skin. Post Foundation it can be used as a setting powder to lock makeup in place while blurring the appearance of minor skin imperfections. (Available in 3 different shades).
