Directions: -Shake the pen before use. -Draw on a flat surface to ensure the ink flows to the tip. -Start at the base of your brow and apply hair-like strokes in the direction of hair growth, focusing on sparse areas. -Continue adding strokes throughout your brow for more detail. -After every five to six strokes, let the ink dry, then blend using the spoolie brush.
