Directions: For maximum impact with PÜR Fully Charged Mascara, begin by placing the mascara wand at the base of lashes. Hold for a few seconds to set. Wiggle the wand in a back-and-forth motion and repeat to build. For dramatic volume, apply PUR's Fully Charged Mascara Primer first, allowing it to dry slightly before applying mascara. To reach even the tiniest lashes, use the tip of the wand vertically for precise application. For best results, avoid pumping the wand in the tube as this introduces air and can dry out the formula. Pro Tip: To help prevent drying out the mascara, do not pump wand. Replace every 3 months. |
