Directions: 

• Cleanse and dry your skin, keeping it free of any skincare. No serums, moisturizers or night creams before you patch.
• Peel away the protective layer from the patch to reveal the adhesive and stick it in place on your forehead.
• For best results, wear overnight while you sleep or for 1-2 hours for a boost.
• Tip: We sometimes even wear one during the day, hidden under a baseball cap.
• After using, gently peel off the Silicone Patch and stick it back onto the enclosed storage sheet to store.
