Orders Shipped by YouFromMe

Every order is shipped directly from YouFromMe after completing our quality control process, including product authentication, condition verification, and inspection according to our marketplace standards.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, YouFromMe ships only within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • International destinations

  • APO/FPO addresses

Standard U.S. Shipping

Orders $50 and Over

  • FREE Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Orders Under $50

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Holiday Shipping

Orders placed around U.S. federal holidays may experience longer processing and transit times. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery during these periods.

Restricted Items

Certain products, including aerosols and some alcohol-based items, must be shipped via ground transportation in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. These shipping restrictions may impact delivery times or eligibility for shipment.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Shipping charges are non-refundable for orders that are refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

If your package is returned because of an address error, YouFromMe will refund the purchase price of the item(s), excluding any shipping charges.

Lost Packages

YouFromMe does not provide shipping insurance for domestic orders.

If your package is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, or is otherwise lost in transit after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation. Orders with valid carrier tracking confirming delivery are not eligible for a refund.
