Directions:

Using a concealer brush (or your fingers), apply a small amount of eye shadow primer onto the entire lid, blending up and out. Apply eye color as desired.

Pro tip: when creating a smoky eye, add a bit of Prime It Boost It to the lower lash line area with a small precise brush before adding darker shadows. This will help lock in the shadow!
