Liquid liner is a quick and easy way to define eyes and create the illusion of a thicker, fuller lash line. This highly pigmented, midnight black liquid eyeliner is smudge-proof, easy to apply and designed for any skill level. The brush tip allows for a precise application and the option to create a variety of looks. Just use the thin edges of the tip to create eye-enhancing, subtle lines or the larger flat surface for a bolder, more dramatic look.

Ingredients:

Water, Acrylates/Ethylhexyl Acrylate Copolymer, Pentylene Glycol, Laureth-21, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Caprylyl Glycol, Chlorphenesin, Phenoxyethanol, Hexylene Glycol, Sodium Dehydroacetate, D&C Black No. 2 (CI77266).

Directions:

For a subtle defining line, lightly drag the brush tip across the base of your lash line from the inner to the outer corner, pressing the brush as close to the lash roots as possible. Use less pressure to create a thinner line and add more pressure to create a bolder line or continue to layer until you achieve desired definition. For best results, wipe brush tip with a damp tissue before applying to prevent powder build-up, which may cause the brush tip to dry out.
