Directions:
- Begin with a clean eye area free of makeup. After cleansing and moisturizing skin, apply the lash serum along the upper and lower lash lines (like a liquid eyeliner).
- Next, apply serum from lash root to tip (as you would apply mascara).
- Wait 1 -2 minutes before eye makeup application.
Apply 2x a day as a part of your morning and evening skincare routine.
